Athletic Schedule

Basketball

All of the St. John's teams are currently participating in the end of the year tournaments for CSAL (Catholic Schools' Athletic League) and for the Widget League (3^rd and 4^th grades). The basketball season will come to an end the weekend of February 23.

Baseball

St John's baseball will be taking the field in early March. We are excited this year that there may be three teams, one varsity level, one junior varsity level and one at the widget level. I do not know if the school has ever had a widget baseball team.

The baseball season starts March 8^th and runs through to May 3, 2008. The end of the season tournament is held May 5^th through the 10^th. The meeting to schedule games will take place March 4^th, and the game schedules will be distributed to the players and their families on March 5^th.

Volleyball

St John's is hoping to have 6 teams this year, three at the junior varsity level and three at the varsity level. This will be a first in St. John's history.

The CSAL volleyball league will begin March 8^th and end April 26^th. The end of the year tournament will run from May 1^st through May 10^th. The meeting to schedule games will take place March 5^th, and the game schedule will be distributed to the players and their families on March 6^th.

We are also setting up a little widget program for our 3^rd and 4^th grade students. We are hoping that this will be held on Sunday afternoons. More information on this program will be forth coming.
